Policies

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the price of the services requested. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointments. A deposit may also be required for future bookings. All deposits are nonrefundable. Repeat no shows or last minute cancellations will not be able to book in the future.

We truly want you to love your service! If something doesn’t feel quite right or we missed the mark, please don’t hesitate to reach out within one week of your appointment. We’re here to help! While we’re unable to offer refunds for services already performed, we’re more than happy to provide a reasonable complimentary adjustment to make things right.
